2023-2024 Permits are available for sale as of August 4th 2023. These permits are valid from date of purchase-8/31/2024
All permits are ONLINE PURCHASE ONLY. You will need to login with your EMICH login, the same way you log in to your EMICH email account.
A physical hang tag is not required with our License Plate Recognition system.

All ParkEMU Permits are non-transferable and non-refundable; only vehicles utilized by the permit holder may be registered to the permit. Permits can not be shared.
- If you do not have a valid AY2022/2023 permit AND you purchase the AY2023/2024 permit prior to September 1st 2023, the AY2023/2024 permit will be active from date of purchase and you will be charged the prorated parking fee for AY2023/2024 permits via payroll deduction.
